Starting off in Eastern Monmouth, around Sandy Hook, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk today. The surf's running 2 to 3 feet high, perfect for some fun rides! The UV index is moderate, so don't forget your sunscreen. The water temperature is in the upper 60s, and it's going to be partly sunny with a high temperature in the upper 60s. Winds are coming in from the Northeast at around 15 miles per hour.

Moving down the coast to Long Beach Island, in the Coastal Ocean area, we've got similar conditions - moderate rip current risk, 2 to 3 feet surf height, and a high temperature around 70. Expect mostly cloudy weather and don't miss the high tide at Barnegat Inlet at 06:51 AM.

Heading to Coastal Atlantic, including Atlantic City, we've got a moderate rip current risk again with surf height at 2 to 3 feet. The water temperature is in the lower 60s, and there's a slight chance of rain with mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the lower 70s, with Northeast winds at 15 to 20 miles per hour.

Now, for our friends in Atlantic Coastal Cape May, including Ocean City, the conditions are quite similar to Atlantic City with a moderate rip current risk, 2 to 3 feet surf height, and mostly cloudy weather. The high temperature will be in the lower 70s, so enjoy the waves and watch out for the high tide at Cape May at 07:17 AM.

Lastly, down in Delaware Beaches, including Rehoboth Beach, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk, 2 to 3 feet surf height, and a slight chance of rain. The water temperature is a bit warmer in the lower 70s, with high temperatures also in the lower 70s. Northeast winds will be blowing at 15 to 20 miles per hour, so be prepared for a breezy day!
