New Kid on the (Maths) Block

In this week's episode we hear from Michaela Maths teacher Sam Hurst on what it's been like starting at Michaela since September. He explains how the induction process starts from the moment you accept a job and then talks about how our "bootcamp" week at the start of the year helped him to settle into life at Michaela. He also talks about some of the best pieces of feedback he's received since joining the school.
