Because of her kidney transplant, even just laughing hurts for Bea Santiago.   

But it’s a "beautiful pain," one that she never would have known if not for her younger brother Paul’s incredibly selfless act of donating his own kidney.   

As she goes through this painful challenge in her life, the former Miss International recounts how she was saved by the love of her family and her faith.
