Hey There!

This week is Holy Week, the week leading up to Easter Sunday.  We're going to be reading through the passages of scripture that tell the story of Easter Thursday through Sunday.

Today is Holy Saturday. On this day, the world was silent.  Jesus was dead.  It was real.  He was in the tomb.  It was a day of silence for those who had loved and followed Jesus so closely.  The silence would soon be broken the next day on Easter Sunday....

These Easter readings are meant to be a time to reflect on the story of New Life through the Death and Resurrection of Jesus as told in the Gospels.  These would be a great time to gather your family and listen together as a moment after dinner, reflection before bed, or midday break to remind yourself of the story of Easter.
