In this episode, we sit down with boxer Gloria Lim and her coach Tyrone Bradshaw to talk about the sport in a way that applies to life so that all of us can take away something from this discussion. Coach says the 'truth' comes out in the ring. Find out what that means for you, along with an array of spiritual and philosophical perspectives that you can apply to your personal journey, no matter your walk of life. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did recording it.

Ted Rogers Management Conference is the largest student-led business conference in North America. Last month, I had the chance to sit down with Chantal, who is chairing TRMC for 2024, and talk to her in-depth about the conference, the larger intention behind it, and also dive deeper into her personal journey. Chantal has held significant leadership positions in her time at TRSM and had a lot of perspectives and experiences to share relating to leading teams, fostering professional relationships, networking, and more topics.

The point of this episode is to enforce a call to action: to simply ask good questions in conversations. We took a bit of inspiration by playing the game "Actually Curious", which I picked up at the MoMA in New York City. I am joined by Jack Krywulak, a dear friend of mine, who I consider to be a remarkable individual with a lot of perspectives to offer. Hope you enjoy our conversation today, which includes topics ranging from speaking foreign languages, defining a good question, and answering what a life well lived means to us.

When the word "money" becomes a prominent part of life, a lot of thoughts and feelings arise. In my journey, going from a student to a worker has led me to deal with and look at money in a different way than ever before. In this episode, we sit down to discuss the role money plays in our respective lives at this stage, and what we hope will evolve in the future. This is not an episode meant for financial advice, but rather an open and honest dialogue centered around money. We hope you can relate to this episode.

My most personal and vulnerable episode to date. We all use Instagram to a certain level of consciousness, but is there something going on beyond our active comprehension? Are there things we forget to think about when we use Instagram? In this episode, I explore these things with the intention of providing a fresh perspective on the platform. This is a topic I feel very strongly about, and I can make 10 more episodes to talk about this. Hear from me and see if you can relate or pick up a new perspective!

On May 3rd and 4th, a group of students pulled off something out of the ordinary. A film festival held at Toronto's iconic Cinesphere IMAX screen showing the thesis films of the class of '22. On today's episode, I got to sit down with one of the co-chairs of the festival, and fellow batchmate, Lina Li. Discover her perspective on how she and her team pulled this off, creating an "unforgettable experience" for us film students. A podcast covering the essence of teamwork, leadership and thinking big.
I love this episode because I get to sit down with one of my dearest friends and have a conversation. This is what this episode is, a chat between 2 friends. When Kesava talks, you just want to listen. Tune into this episode that is filled with some very unique perspectives, personal memories, film talk, playful rants, and much more. An episode with "character". Welcome back to NLN!

Niru dropped by to talk with us, and all I can say is that he is a testament to the success that happens when you feel strongly about your goals and passions. Having recently embarked on a journey to travel the world with Formula One, Niru takes us through what led him there and the important lessons he has carried with him. With some riveting discussions and light-hearted moments, I thoroughly enjoyed recording this episode. Oh, and Tinashe joins in on the conversation this episode!
