Episode 5 of the New Mexico History Series covers the cliff palaces period and transition to Pueblo IV. Lasting from 1100 BCE until Spanish arrival in the mid 1500s BCE. This covers the period of time when puebloan society moved to cliffside palaces at places like Mesa Verde as well as to streamside villages like Tyuonyi. Setting the stage for the end of the prehistoric period
