Welcome, citizens! On today's podcast, we had a great conversation with the "Stoic Chef" himself, Nerio Amaya! Nerio is an executive chef at Charly's Vegan Tacos in Wynwood. In this episode, Nerio shines a light on the sacrifices one must make to succeed (not exclusive to the kitchen) and how he aligns his work with his values as a vegan.
