We'll see temperatures climbing to near 79 degrees Fahrenheit with light winds shifting to the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour. There's about a 40 percent chance you'll need that umbrella.

Temperatures will peak near 80 degrees Fahrenheit with south winds picking up to 10 to 15 miles per hour and gusts potentially reaching 30 miles per hour.
As we roll into Thursday, things start to cool down. Expect mostly cloudy skies with a high near 68 degrees Fahrenheit and a slight chance of showers. The weekend looks a bit unsettled with Saturday bringing a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms, and temperatures climbing back up to near 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
By Sunday and Washington's Birthday, we're looking at clearing skies and cooler temperatures, with highs in the mid-50s and plenty of sunshine.
