"2021 has not exactly been 'better' thus far. But, there are some bright spots.

For me, the bright spots include the release of Pearl Charles' album, Magic Mirror. It's officially out today and I'll bookend the show with tracks form it! Another 2021 highlight, music from Babehoven. A (new to me) band, currently based in Vermont and fronted by Maya Bon. You'll hear music in today's mix from their upcoming EP, Yellow has a pretty good reputation. It's set for release on January 29th and you can go now and order on their bandcamp page! 

Another exciting 2021 release? The single 'Emotion' from Molly Burch, just dropped! The track features her Captured Tracks label-mate Wild Nothing (Jack Tatum) and IT'S A BOP! Seriously, go get the 7" (which also features an Ariana Grande cover) on her website RIGHT NOW! I just got one and it's signed to boot!
