The Sparkle Effect is a national non-profit that creates and supports school-based cheerleading teams across the United States that include and empower students with and without disabilities. Through the Cleveland Browns Foundation, Browns Give Back has partnered with Northeast Ohio Schools to support Sparkle Effect teams in Northeast Ohio.
