This is a podcast I created to share my thoughts, feelings, poetry, and life journey. 

I also created this in the hopes of helping others through my words. I’m going to host a weekly show that specifically discusses causes I’m passionate about, such as (but not limited to) mental health, spirit science and metaphysics, abuse and trauma, and dealing with the supernatural.
