Once you submit your Employment Certification Form (ECF), the Department of Education will process it and send you a letter detailing the number of qualifying payments you've made.
On your StudentAid.gov dashboard: Log in and go to "My Aid" on your dashboard. Look for the PSLF progress section. It will display your current qualifying payment count. However, keep in mind this number only updates when you submit a new ECF.
Important note: Due to a recent payment count adjustment, there may be updates to your PSLF credits by September 1st, 2024. You don't need to do anything for this adjustment to be applied.
