In our debut episode, we dove deep into the massive regulation changes coming to F1 in 2026 and what they mean for the sport. We broke down the new 50/50 power split between combustion engines and electric motors, explained why the removal of MGU-H is going to bring back turbo lag, and discussed how active aerodynamics will completely change racing strategy.

We also analyzed the pre-season testing results, looking at which teams completed the most laps and what that tells us about reliability heading into the season. Some teams impressed (looking at you, Haas), while others had us seriously worried (sorry, Aston Martin).

The big segment was our full constructor championship predictions, ranking all 11 teams from worst to first. We had some hot takes, including whether Haas could actually challenge for podiums and if Aston Martin's star-studded lineup can overcome their disastrous testing performance.
