Our next guest is a rap artist born and raised in Soshanguve (Tshwane) who uses Tshivenda and Pitori taal to tell his story. He developed his stage name after the Apartheid activist, Dimitrius Tsafendas. Tshafendas was jailed for the killing of then Apartheid SA President, Hendrik Verwoerd on 6th September 1966. He describes his new single, Kokota Malome, as the track you play at happy occasions such as weddings and parties. The new single is part of an upcoming album titled Rhythm and Poetry.
