This week we’re talking about the current state of the prison system in America. Essentially, the prison system is congruent with the slave system that built this country and we thought it was important to examine a few aspects of how this came to be, how (and who) it’s affecting and also a few features of this machine that’s basically legalized slavery in the current day. Because we wanted to make sure we treated this subject with the respect it deserved, we didn’t rush it. Will the current administration slow down or accelerate the influx of slaves into the system?
