The Spanish-owned brand TRS Hotels introduced a new portal software at their hotels that connects guests directly with housekeeping, butlers and hotel restaurants. With the middle-man out of the equation, guests can now order anything from a drink at the bar to fresh pillows for their room right from their phone or laptop.
