A new TV series on our favourite thing as islanders, food, will be hitting NZ screens tomorrow night. Pacific Island Food Revolution featuring world-renowned NZ chef Robert Oliver. He’s an award-winning author and television presenter. He is an ambassador for Le Cordon Bleu, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. His book Me’a Kai: The Food and Flavours of the South Pacific won Best Cookbook in the World 2010 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. He hosted TV series Real Pasifik, which plays in more than 40 countries and is on its 75th re-run. It's a pleasure to have him in studio with us this morning on Pacific Breakfast.
