John's pick is a sport, a fun one that easy to just pick up and play, you just need a handful of people, a field and a flying disc. From the humble beginnings as a pie-tin tossed around at the beach, Frisbees have become a staple for picnics and beach romps.

In the late 60′s a number of high school students, fans of playing with the Frisbee, created a game that within a few years was hosting major championships. Ultimate was born!
