A new report by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change describes the many risks earth will face if its temperature continues rising. In the last 20 years temperatures have rose about 1.5 degrees Celsius and its affects to South Florida are increased flooding during King Tides and saltwater intrusion to its freshwater supplies.
