New waves and second winds are ushered into the earth realm when someone is willing to leave the known, embrace the unknown, and be bold and courageous. Examples of those who ushered in new waves in the bible were Jael, John the Baptist, and Jesus.

Your message, your purpose, may be unique but it may be the exact message that is needed to bring in a new wave.

Sometimes you may have a message but it has lost its "freshness."

You need a second wind to revive, renew, and refresh the message, the assignment that you are supposed to fulfill in life. 

Hebrews 12:1-3 holds a key to getting your second wind.

There are people that you can't see cheering you on. There are people who need you to reach your goals and not throw in the towel. The joy that is set before you (the other side of the hard situation) is what gives you your second wind. Distractions can keep you from tapping into the new wave and second wind.

You must concentrate on those you're called to deliver your message to and not those you're not called to. You need to move with the wind but you must take off the extra layers (the distractions) that are keeping you from running.

Sin means to miss the mark and it also means to wander from the Word.  Sin is when you stray away from your purpose and your goals.
