Heading back to work, Mohit Rajhans is a seasoned Media Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the media industry. He joins the Nightshift (pun intended), to talk about Google co-founder’s recent memo to staff suggesting  that a 60-hour workweek is the “sweet spot” for productivity. The memo has sparked mixed reactions from workers everywhere. Mohit will discuss whether there is any evidence that longer hours equal more productivity, or as others argue, that Sergin’s approach reflects an outdated and harmful mindset.
