Today Teresa talks about the expression bigwigs. This idiom is of the type rhymes with words that have meaning. It means very important people, especially in a company or organization. This expression comes from history, when people of power in Europe wore wigs. They often tried to have more amazing wigs than other people's wigs and so they got bigger and bigger!
