New Word Monday: Handy Dandy

Listen Later

Today Teresa talks about the expression handy dandy. This idiom is of the type rhymes with words that have no meaning. I love today's expression. It's one I use a lot. It means convenient and useful. In this case handy by itself means convenient and useful so the repeating of the sound in the word dandy just makes it stronger.
