Surprise! I wanted to upload one more podcast before Christmas and the new year! This week I am joined with Izzy, one of my bestest friends who has had an incredible yet hard year herself. She is one of the bravest and strongest people I know so I can't think of a better person to summarise the year with me! We also get all festive as we get closer to Christmas!!
