New Years Resolutions are something we have all made at one point.  We have the ability to recognize our shortcomings and more often than not we desire change.  Time and Time again we strive to change and improve ourselves, but the question remains... Why do we so frequently fail?  What is it about change that is so hard?  Why do we struggle with the same addictions, shortcomings, and temptations year after year?  It really makes me wonder if there can ever be a New Year, New Me.
