“New Year — New Me” concept is a way of making new dreams and setting goals for New Year believing that we are going to change for the better like quit smoking, start drinking lemon water and making bed with joy. Nah, it’s all an illusion! We aspire to be the best we can be but at the end of the day we are burnt out and tired from trying. I’ve experienced the consequences of “new year - new me” which wasn’t very pleasant. So in this episode I’d like to talk about how to implement new habits into your life and keep them there forEVER.
