In this episode, I’m calling time of death on “new year, new you” and sharing why reinvention isn’t always the answer…especially when you’re already tired.
Instead, I’m inviting you into a different approach for the year…one rooted in trust, alignment, and intention, not pressure or perfection.

- Why reinvention feels unrealistic for so many of us right now
- A story from my vision board party that changed how I think about “doing it all”
- How letting go of over-functioning created more joy and connection

Instead of asking, “Who do I need to become this year?” try this:
- Name 3 things that matter most to you right now
- Use them as guardrails for decisions and commitments
- Reflect on what worked last year and what drained you
- Choose expansion over replacement
- Set goals that support who you are today…not a future version you’re pressuring yourself to be
You don’t need to become someone else to move forward.
Who you are is enough.
