Happy New Year and let's just move on. It looks like we moving in a new direction in how we attempt to get back to normal. Getting back to exercise may not be as easy as we would like it to be. However, if we can start the new year with a new approach to how we start to exercise then the upcoming year may be different. Just remember you cannot start anew if you haven't overcome the past.
