2020 is when the world shut down, and everything that we once thought we knew about how the world was going to operate came to a halt. We were no longer able to count on everyday things that we once relied on before for everyday life. Work, child care, ability to see friends and family members all changed rapidly and with no warning. However, with all of this, there are also so many positive things that have happened that we may be overlooking. This episode is all about reflecting on how things went for you in this last year, both the good and the bad,  and what you want to be different going forward. 

 

I want to always guide you to see the good, and the silver linings, even in what has been a difficult year. My goal is to help you use those positives to fuel you in the New Year!
