I talk about Christmas traditions and New Years Resolutions in this episode. 

I have never been one to write our resolutions for the new year because I felt if I wanted to change something, why wait until the New Year, but this year was different. 

I decided I wanted to write it out on paper of what I wanted to go into the New Year and then put it out into the universe on the podcast.
