The guys welcome in 2022 is the same way they bid adieu to 2021, by talking about a lot of different stuff. Cody is upset about his hair and being pigeon holed as a "Science Communicator". He wants to "reestablish his brand". The talk turns to "content creating", influencers and how Brian is not the target audience for any of them. Cody has a new place to hang his laundry. Cody asks Brian for advice on TV shows because "Mrs. Cody" is too smart to watch a lot of TV and fortunately that isn't the case for Brian. Then the discussion turns to movies. Brian explains why he is alone for the next two weeks.
