Today as a special treat I am bringing you a special episode from the Kent countryside village of Wadhurst! Amthuc Viet is a Vietnamese takeaway bringing a completely unique cuisine to this area of the country. In a first for us, they are a takeaway-only business and certainly represented a journey of culinary discovery for me. What you’re about to hear is the conversation I had with the brilliant couple who own and operate Amthuc Viet after I was lucky enough to visit them in their home and try their dishes over dinner just before Christmas.  Enjoy!
