Welcome to the very first solo episode of the year where I discuss Lockdown 3.0 and what's helping me get through it - I share some really great tips and tricks that i've learnt from the previous two lockdowns that have helped so much. Additionally, I talk about the lessons I learnt in 2020 and how last year was most definitely the year of self-reflection for myself personally. I open up about a few things that are on my mind and give you all a deeper insight into 'SMART' goal setting for this year.
