Happy New Year! With the New year comes new years intentions and resolutions. The beginning of the year brings about a sense of clarity and change. Some people love New Year's resolutions and others couldn't care for them. I wanted to talk about some of my general new year's intentions and resolutions. I have mixed feelings about resolutions but feel motivated to make necessary changes. Time at home has provided a lot of time for much-needed reflection on my behavior and habits. Perhaps later in the year, I can do an update to see how everything is going!
