I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who sent in voice notes ahead of our launch, I wouldn't have been able to do this without them and it meant so much! I wanted out first episode to be a fun one but there were some interesting points raised about what New Year means to us all and why we don't NEED to wait to make a change but also.. why we may not need to CHANGE at all.
