Happy New Year! 

As followers of Jesus Christ we are some of the most hope-filled people on the planet! After all, we follow a Savior who walked out of the grave! No matter how difficult life gets, we know the power of the resurrection. That doesn't mean we ignore or deny the reality of pain and suffering. We also follow a Savior who endured the suffering of the cross. We acknowledge the pain of life but we refuse to despair. We refuse to succumb to the darkness because we know the sting of death has been swallowed up in victory.

This week we will follow the story of Joshua as he entered the challenges of a new era: Be bold, be courageous! Let's follow the Savior in sacrifice but also in triumph!
