A bicycle-riding burglar was fatally mowed down by the driver of an SUV who believes he was robbed by the cyclist. Police say the driver spotted a 47-year-old man on a bike fiddling with cars on Broadway in Bushwick and stepped out of his black Jeep to question him because his SUV had been broken into earlier. After the exchange grew heated, the cyclist pedaled off.
