A group of New York City kids have been recognized in the international competition 'Future City' after designing an innovative water system for a city in the not-so-distant-future, Aurora. Students from the Columbia Secondary School for Math, Science, and Engineering in Harlem drew on their experience in class and on school trips to design the city, winning a regional prize and a special award at the nationals.
