In this episode, I discuss the " New Year, New Me" Phenomenon, the new energy of the new year allows everyone to desire to change, a realistic way to accomplish our goals this year, and a lot of heavy reflection of who I was last year! This was a truly fun episode and I'm super excited for how this new season goes! This is a year of letting go of what doesn't serve us, to bring forth what truly does, and I challenge you to live this year authentically for you and only YOU!
