The Newark YMCA is working to give adjudicated youth in Hudson County an alternative to prison. It's called the succeed program's evening reporting center, where kids ages 13 to 17 receive peer to peer mentoring services as well as case management, and life skills workshops, between the hours of 3-9pm Monday through Saturday.
