U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said Monday that she was concerned that the First Amendment was “hamstringing the government in significant ways, in the most important time periods.” This is a sitting Justice who took a vow to support the Constitution. A document that spells out what the government can NOT do to American citizens. One of those rights it can NOT infringe upon is the right to free speech. Jackson apparently doesn't understand this basic principal.
