We compare between his styles and experiences since being an assistant GM in New England to being a Head GM now, how he found his co, as well as comparing those to Nhamlet's own experiences of coming into the role of head GM of the Berserkers and why Juke was unfortunately selected. 

Plus some other management things from what we have for expectations in our career as GMs, locker room management and scouting.
