Members of National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (NCTRN) wey  Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Abubakar Sa’ad lead, dey the meeting.

Dem do the meeting for council chambers of presidential villa, Abuja, and important kings for the country too attend.
