Professor Charles Armstrong, the Korea expert at Columbia University breaks down some of the ramifications of the collapse of the Hanoi summit.  Key Points:  The US could have managed to grant limited sanctions relief in exchange for limited advance in Nuc site inspection.  In North Korea there are strong rising expectations of a better life.  That took a serious blow this week.  Danger now is that KIM will feel further pressure that could lead to renewed testing.
