He wasn't deported under the Alien Enemies Act, but there is an interesting ruling on that - Judge for the Southern District of Texas Fernando Rodriguez Jr, has ruled that Trump misused the Alien Enemies Act back in March when he deported a few hundred Venezuelans. Rodriguez's full ruling is in the sources below. Florida's attorney general James Uthmeier is trying to make it illegal for undocumented immigrants to enter the state, but a district judge has blocked his efforts. Love the priorities, Uthmeier.
