Lake Sturgeon Encore- A year ago, the Center for Biological Diversity petitioned the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to list the lake sturgeon as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Now after a year of inactivity in responding to the request. the Center for Biological Diversity and other enviromental groups have annonced plans to sue the federal goovernment unless something is done.
