Have you ever sat down on your couch or chair and said to yourself..."I forgot to take out the trash or laundry" or whatever that task might have been. Of course, you have!

Meet Jason Bird, who saw a need and set out with his friend to create an app with simple reminders to help make our day a bit easier.

The App is called Next Time I’m Up Reminders. It is reminders built off motion and not a clock or timer.

It is a reminder/productivity app but what sets it apart and makes it so revolutionary is the way you get your reminders. It’s built to trigger off motion and not an alarm or timer. That means instead of setting an alarm or a timer, you get your reminder when you stand up and start walking.

How it works: you set your reminder, either a pre-made or custom and close the app. It could be 5 minutes or 5 hours later, but you won’t get your reminder until you start to walk away. No more forgetting why you got up, why you walked into that room, or any alarms that go off at the wrong time. Could be used for any number of things, taking medication, defrosting food, changing laundry, watering plants, or anything a person needs. This app has already got a ton of great news from the ADHD community and is helping a lot of people there.
