The Privacy of individual Medical records is something that should concern everyone. Medical records are the one thing we don't want just any company to have access too. Today's guest Mike Schmidt Suggest CEO of Ensemble Ventures is working on a new type of medical records exchange where the record owner has to give permission for each use of their record and then receives payment anytime a company would like to use their information for studies or analysis.

Imaging a “Pay me for my data” model vs today's landscape where every large company has a copy of your record. This would definitely change the way we think about privacy.
