Paul Crane and scout Dave-Te' Thomas look at the Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins early in training camp. For the Bills, Josh Allen's progression with so many WR newcomers and a backfield with some aging stars who may not make it to opening day along with a defense which must find the right spot for rookie Ed Oliver. The Bengals have an all new staff and a rising star at WR who may really shine in camp, but a shaky offensive line with several questions on defense.
