What's up guys! Blue chip NFT's refer to highly sought after projects. Think of Bored Ape Yacht Club and CryptoPunks. There is a high demand for these projects! High Demand equals a higher floor and an even much more bigger competitive market for those specific NFT's. 

The timeline between any projects potential and how much someone will pay for an NFT in that project is unknown and unpredictable. CryptoPunks took 4-5 years to get getting and popular, while BAYC (Bored Ape Yacht Club) took only 6-7 months!
